The BritainWorks employer charter

Every employer on BritainWorks signs up to these commitments before they can post a job. If an employer breaks them, report the job and we'll investigate.

    Real jobs, based in the UK

    Every role we post is a genuine vacancy we intend to fill, based in the UK and open to people who live here.

    Honest listings

    We state the pay, location, hours and contract type accurately, and we take a listing down once the role is filled.

    Fair pay and lawful employment

    We pay at least the National Living Wage (or the correct apprentice rate) and comply with UK employment, right-to-work and equality law.

    Investing in people

    We are open to training, apprenticeships or work experience for people starting out or changing career.

  5. 5

    Respectful recruitment

    We reply to applicants within a reasonable time and never charge candidates to apply.
